Springfield Neurological and Spine partners with HealthStream Research for Quality Improvement

Through a partnership with HealthStream Research, Inc., a nationally-recognized healthcare improvement firm, Springfield Neurological and Spine plans to utilize customer perception surveys to improve patient care experiences with the clinic’s employees and physicians.  

HealthStream Research, Inc. conducts telephone interviews with randomly selected patients shortly after their appointment.  Patients will share confidential responses on a variety of topics such as staff communication and their overall experience at the facility.   

In addition to monitoring patient perceptions of care, HealthStream Research will also assist Springfield Neurological and Spine in assessing employee and medical staff engagement and satisfaction.
