ONE Clinic Logo

The 11th annual Ozarks Neurosurgery Educational (ONE) Clinic was a huge success! Thank you to CoxHealth Foundation, all of our faculty, vendors, sponsors and to Big Cedar Lodge Convention Center. More information on the 2018 ONE clinic will be coming soon!

The ONE clinic provides an exclusive course devoted to neuroscience education. One course devoted to resident and nursing education. The course highlights didactic sessions, small group discussions and an intense cadaveric surgical training module. The Vine brings faculty and nursing staff from both academic and private practice groups to a unique setting in the Ozark region of Missouri.

The ONE clinic was established in 2007 as a way for the physicians of Springfield Neurological and Spine Institute to give back to the field of neurosurgery and further neurosurgical resident education. The first year the course was a two day event focusing on spine surgery and practice management. Since that time the course has grown to include a full day dedicated to cranial pathology. Our educating faculty has consistently ben comprised of 50 neurosurgeons and an abundance of excellent practice administrators. These dedicated faculty members allow the ONE Clinic to reach 20% of all active neurosurgical residents at some point during their training.

In the beginning, the ONE Clinic was a single course dedicated solely to resident education. In 2013, we expanded eh course to include nursing education. Nurses with various levels of neuroscience education, experience  and expertise come together under on venue to learn about the care of surgical and non-surgical patients.

The generous donations of companies that have supported the ONE Clinic in the past have been instrumental in the growth and the continued success of the well-received event. We look forward to meeting you and hope you will enjoy this wonderful opportunity to learn and connect with some of the most influential neurosurgeons and dedicated staff.
